BeeYou Privacy Policy

Cherugondi Technologies Private Limited operates BeeYou. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and how you can control or delete it.
Information we collect
- Google account information used to sign in, including your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier.
- Information you enter to personalise your experience, including your desired identity, goals, habits, routines, wake and sleep preferences, motivation, and mood entries.
- Routine completion, mood, and task-history data needed to provide progress features.
- Subscription entitlement and product-status information supplied by RevenueCat and Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, create and store your habit plan and routine, provide progress features, maintain your BeeYou Plus access, protect the service, and answer support requests.
Service providers and sharing
We use Google Sign-In for authentication, RevenueCat and Google Play for subscription processing, and Amazon Web Services to host our backend and database. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services and under their own policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and deletion
Account and personalisation data is retained while your account remains active. Daily history is retained for up to 7 days for free accounts and up to 180 days for BeeYou Plus accounts. You may delete your account in the app or use our external account-deletion page. We permanently delete the account and associated app data when the request is confirmed. Google Play and RevenueCat may retain transaction records as required by their policies or applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect data, including access controls and encrypted connections for the published service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
BeeYou is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version is always available on this page.
